Sinosure override. The Borrower hereby acknowledges that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall oblige any Finance Party to act (or omit to act) in a manner that is inconsistent with the terms of the Sinosure Policy and, in particular:
