Common use of Accident, illness Clause in Contracts

Accident, illness. Pursuant to the provisions of this contract shall be an external mechanical or chemical impact occurring suddenly and unintentionally to the Insured as a result of which the Insured dies within a year or suffers a physical injury or health damage.
