KENYATAAN AM
1.0 Sebut harga ini dibuka kepada Syarikat Bumiputra yang berdaftar dengan Lembaga Pembangunan Industri dan Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB), menpunyai Perakuan Pendaftaran Kontraktor (PPK), Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan (SPKK) dan Sijil Taraf Bumiputra (STB) bagi GRED G2, KATEGORI ME, PENGKHUSUSAN M22 (SISTEM PAM) dan berdaftar dengan KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN.
2.0 Lawatan Tapak/Taklimat Sebut Harga akan diadakan pada 17/4/2022 (Ahad) di Bahagian Perkhidmatan Mekanikal dan Elektrikal Jabatan Pengairan Dan Saliran Negeri Kedah, KM6 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx.
3.0 Kontraktor yang berminat menghadiri sesi Lawatan Tapak/Taklimat sebut harga perlu memberi maklumbalas Pengesahan kehadiran secara atas talian melalui sistem Aplikasi iDaftar melalui pautan (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx) pada 16/04/2022
4.0 Sebut harga ini akan ditutup pada 25 April 2022 (Isnin), 12.00 TENGAH HARI.
5.0 Dokumen Sokongan hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam peti sebut harga di Bahagian Perkhidmatan Mekanikal dan Elektrikal Jabatan Pengairan Dan Saliran Negeri Kedah, KM6 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx.
6.0 Sebut Harga Yang lewat diterima, tidak akan akan diterima/dilayan. Pejabat ini tidak bertanggungjawab keatas sebarang kelewatan yang timbul secara langsung atau tidak langsung.
7.0 Semua keterangan mengenai sebut harga ini atau butir-butir lengkap mengenai syarat-syarat dan penentuan perkhidmatan perlu dikemukakan bersama-sama dokumen ini.
8.0 Tawaran akan ditolak sekiranya gagal memenuhi mana-mana syarat dalam dokumen sebut harga.
9.0 Rujuk kenyataan Tawaran sebutharga JPS/BPME/(SH)/N/P/MK/02/22 untuk Perincian.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK | ||
A | Mechanical Works | |
1.0 | Design, supply, delivery, Installation, testing and commissioning to the site the following plant and equipment including all other necessary items for the complete and proper design, manufacture, surface treatment, inspection and testing at the manufacturer's works, off loading as per specification. The rate shall include all surtax and sales tax levied by the Government, inland transportation and freight insurance as per specifications. The pumps shall be suitable for continuous operation and designed to meet the specified performance and capable of handling pump medium and possible solids without undue wear and tear. Each pump shall be capable of solo operation, without cavitation and excessive noise and vibrations. |

All pumps shall be manufactured by a single pump manufacturer (country origin) at it factory premises and should be designed to meet the performance of existing pump at site. The pump manufacturer shall have a proven track record in the region and suitably backed by dependable authorized dealers/agents in Malaysia with minimum of 10 year experienced (with similar project reference) and easy to provide spare parts and after sales services. Pump Local Supplier The pump supplier shall have at least completed 5 installations of same type of pump in Malaysia over the last 5 years. The pump supplier shall also have good after sales services with appropriate expertise teams (including technicians and engineers) especially in maintenance service. | ||
2.0 | Pumps, column, VSD Starter Panel with pump protection sensors and Heavy Duty Level Sensor shall be supply and installed by SAME single supplier with three (3) years warranty after testing & commissioning. | |
3.0 | Supply, Delivery and Install submersible propeller together with motor not more than 30kW and speed not more than 1000rpm. Pump capacity shall be not less than 336 l/s, head shall not less than 5.5 m. Works shall be included with pump power cable, control cable, level and heavy duty level sensor from pump sump to junction box and other accessories. The pump motor shall be an induction type with a squirrel cage motor, completely sealed submersible type IP68 or better housed in an air filled, watertight chamber. The stator windings and stator leads shall be insulated with moisture resistant Class H (180oC) insulation. | |

4.0 TESTING AND COMMISSIONING | ||

4.2 | The tenderer shall provide all necessary testing procedure, testing form, testing schedule, necessary equipment and instruments for the Testing and Commissioning. Pump Performance Test Prior to delivery of the pumps, factory acceptance test shall be carried out at the same premises of the country origin at the pump manufacturer’s premises. All inspection, examination and testing shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the latest ISO 9906 Grade 2B Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Test for each pump. A test certificate shall be furnished by the pump manufacturer. | |
5.0 WARRANTY | ||
5.1 | The successful tenderer shall guarantee to repair the damaged or malfunctioning equipment for a period of 12 months after the date of testing and commissioning. The Successful Tenderer shall enter any contingent price for which BPME JPS Kedah is not responsible for any payment if the structure and pump are damaged within the warranty period. |

6.0 SAFETY | ||
6.1 | Tenderers must ensure that all site activities are carried out in full compliance with safety, health and welfare requirements as stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 as well as the Factories and Machinery Act 1967. | |
6.2 | The tenderer shall ensure that each employee working on site wears safety clothing such as helmets, appropriate footwear, safety belts and provides safety features such as safety nets, etc. in all work areas. | |
6.3 | The Tenderer is responsible for taking all necessary measures for protection to prevent injury to the Government Representative, Consultant; other site visitors. Tenderers shall also provide and maintain a safe level and inform the public in the work area if there is a potential threat to their safety. | |
6.4 | In the event of a minor accident, a life -threatening accident and an accident that results in a large loss during the installation work, the BPME JPS will not be responsible. |
