VACANT POSSESSION. The Purchaser after the payment of the TPP shall at his own costs and expenses take possession of the Property without any obligation on the part of the Assignee/Bank to give vacant possession and the Purchaser is PROHIBITED from entering upon the Property or take possession of the Property prior to the settlement of the balance purchase price and/or late payment interest (if any).
VACANT POSSESSION a. The Assignee does not undertake to deliver vacant possession of the Property to the Purchaser.
b. The Purchaser after the payment of the purchase price in full together with any accrued interest/or compensation charges, costs and expenses thereon, if any, shall at his/her/its own costs and expenses take possession of the Property without any obligation on the part of the Assignee or its agent to give vacant possession.
c. The Purchaser shall take the Property on an “as is where is basis” and shall not require the connection of water, electricity or other utilities thereto nor removal of any rubbish thereat.
d. No warranty is given that the Property can be used for occupation and in the event of circumstances existing which prevent entry or occupation by the Purchaser, such circumstances shall not annul the sale or entitle the Purchaser to rescind the contract or claim a reduction in the purchase price or for damages.
VACANT POSSESSION. The property is sold without vacant possession, thereby no warranty is given that the property can be used for occupation and in the event of circumstances existing which prevents entry or occupation by the Purchaser, such circumstances shall not annul the sale or entitle the Purchaser to rescind the contract or claim a reduction in the price or for damages. The Assignee/Bank does not undertake to deliver vacant possession of the property to the Purchaser. The Purchaser after the payment of the purchase price in full together with any accrued interest thereon, if any, shall at his/her own cost and expense take possession of the property.
VACANT POSSESSION. (a) The Assignee/Bank does not undertake to deliver vacant possession of the Property to the Purchaser.
(b) The Purchaser after the payment of the Purchase Price in full price together with any accrued interest, costs and expenses thereon, if any, shall at his/her/its own costs and expenses take possession of the Property without any obligation on the part or the Assignee/Bank or its agent to give vacant possession.

VACANT POSSESSION. When this Agreement is terminated, the term of the Agreement has expired, or the Resident’s Assigned Unit/Room is reassigned by Residence Services, the Resident will:
VACANT POSSESSION. On the Completion Date, the Owner will give vacant possession of the Employee Unit to the Municipality, subject only to existing tenancies in favour of Employees or Retirees permitted by the Housing Agreement, as those terms are defined in the Housing Agreement.

VACANT POSSESSION. The Student will provide vacant possession of the Premises, following all check- out procedures, and return all keys to the Residence Services office, no later than 12:00 pm of the last day of the Term unless prior written authorization to do otherwise has been received from the University. Vacant Possession means removing all persons and Student’s personal possessions from the Premises and Family Housing. The Student agrees that in the case of any of the Student’s or an Occupant’s personal property remaining in the Premises or elsewhere at Family Housing after the Student provides the University with vacant possession, the University may remove and dispose of such property without compensation to the Student or any Occupant(s). The Student agrees that the University will be under no obligation to store any such belongings remaining in the Premises or at Family Housing or to sell them or otherwise recover their value.
VACANT POSSESSION. When the powers of sale under this Assignment becomes exercisable by the Bank, the Assignor will deliver vacant possession of the Property to the Bank, or any person authorised by it, immediately on receiving the Bank‟s written demand.
