Mancato pagamento degli Importi Dovuti: Fatti xxxxx gli altri diritti o rimedi xx Xxxxxxx disponibili ai sensi del Contratto (anche fatto salvo l’Articolo 9.4), Sandvik: (a) può, senza preavviso all'Acquirente, sospendere o risolvere: (i) la fornitura di Beni, Servizi o Servizi Digitali; e (ii) la concessione di qualsiasi diritto o licenza in relazione ai Beni, ai Servizi o ai Servizi Digitali, nel caso in cui qualsiasi Importo Pagabile sia o rimanga non pagato dopo la Data di Scadenza; e (b) avrà il diritto di recuperare dall'Acquirente tutti i costi e le perdite ragionevolmente sostenuti derivanti dalla sospensione o dalla risoluzione.
