Examples of Issue Date in a sentence
In respect of each Series of Warrants described in these Final Terms, the period from, and including, the Issue Date to, and including, the relevant Final Exercise Date or, if the Final Exercise Date is not a Valuation Business Day, the immediately succeeding Valuation Business Day.
If so specified in the applicable Terms and subject as provided in these Conditions, each Security pays interest from and including the Issue Date at the Interest Rate payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date.
Except as disclosed prior to the Issue Date, neither the Issuer, the Guarantor nor their affiliates has any affiliation with or control over an Index or Index Sponsor or any control over the computation, composition or dissemination of an Index.
