ADVISER. Maybank IB has been appointed as Adviser to YTL Cement for the Proposals. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Proposed Acquisition is expected to be completed by the second (2nd) quarter of 2019 whilst the Proposed MO is expected to be completed by the third (3rd) quarter of 2019.
