Confidentiality. (a) DIT and the Customer shall treat with the due care of a prudent manager all information disclosed by the other party under this Agreement, whether in writing, orally or visually using presentation software or otherwise, that is identified as confidential (hereinafter referred to as "Confidential Information," which, if disclosed orally or visually, shall be confirmed in writing as confidential within thirty (30) days of such disclosure) and shall not disclose or divulge the same to any third party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following information shall not be deemed to be Confidential Information.
Confidentiality. 1) User Corporation and JSA shall not disclose all confidential information including personal information obtained from the other party with respect to each provision of this agreement and performance of this agreement, shall not use any such information for other purpose than that set forth in this agreement or disclose any of them to the third party during the term or even after termination of this agreement, except for falling under any one of the followings:
Confidentiality. 11.1 In this Agreement, the party from time to time disclosing Confidential Information (as defined below) shall be referred to as the“Discloser”and the party from time to time receiving such Confidential Information shall be referred to as the“Recipient”.“Confidential Information” herein means the existence and content of this Agreement and the information which is disclosed to Recipient by Discloser in any manner, whether orally, visually or in tangible form (including, without limitation, documents, devices and computer readable media) and all copies thereof. Tangible materials that disclose or embody Confidential Information shall be marked by Discloser as “Confidential,”“Proprietary”or the substantial equivalent thereof. Confidential Information that is disclosed orally or visually shall be identified by Discloser as confidential at the time of disclosure and reduced to a written summary by Discloser, who shall mark such summary as “Confidential,”“Proprietary”or the substantial equivalent thereof and deliver it to Recipient by the end of the month following the month in which disclosure occurs. Recipient shall treat such information as Discloser's Confidential Information pending receipt of such summary.
Confidentiality. 14.1 The Supplier shall keep confidential all information that he comes to know of pursuant to the Contract. This information shall not be used for any purpose other than for the performance of his obligations under the Contract.
Confidentiality. 6.1 Each party acknowledges and agrees that in the performance of this Agreement it may have access to or may be exposed to, directly or indirectly, confidential information of the other party ("Confidential Information"). Confidential Information includes Company Data, Provider IDs, User Information, Delivery Recipient Information, package information, and the transaction volume, marketing and business plans, business, financial, technical, operational and such other non-public information of each party (whether disclosed in writing or verbally) that such party designates as being proprietary or confidential or of which the other party should reasonably know that it should be treated as confidential.
Confidentiality. Braze shall ensure that its personnel engaged in the Processing of Personal Data are informed of the confidential nature of the Personal Data, have received appropriate training on their responsibilities and have executed written confidentiality agreements. Braze shall ensure that such confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the personnel engagement. Braze shall treat Personal Data as Confidential Information.
Confidentiality. Licensee shall hold the confidential information received from Licensor on the business and on the technology in confidence using the same degree of care as it normally exercises to protect its own proprietary information, and has not to elucidate to third parties without a previous written consent of Licensor.
