Common use of Storage of Documents – Online consultation Clause in Contracts

Storage of Documents – Online consultation. Except in case of option to the Archiving Service, Documents are stored on the Technical Platform during 60 days by default. During this period Customer may follow the delivery status of its Documents on the User Interface. Documents are also available for online consultation or download. After this period, detailed Service reports serving as a basis for invoicing, shall prevail in case of a dispute over an invoice. Customer is solely responsible for using the Service pursuant to all applicable laws and regulations, and Service Provider shall under no circumstances be held liable for its failure to do so. In particular, Customer undertakes to comply with the applicable laws and regulations pertaining to unsolicited commercial communications via email, SMS messages or facsimiles.
