Common use of Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Disbursement. 7.1 The Customer shall receive the Credit via bank transfer to the personal bank account from which the Customer has transferred 0.01 EUR in terms of clause 3.5 or such other bank account indicated by the Customer and which is held in the Customer’s own name. Ferratum shall have the right, at its absolute discretion, to pay the Credit to the Customer via other means; provided in such a case Ferratum shall have the right to request additional information and to require the Customer to provide documentation verifying identity and residential address prior to providing the Credit to the Customer.
