Partenes Plikter. Kunden plikter og yte medvirkning for at Leverandøren skal kunne oppfylle avtalen. Dette innebærer blant annet: 1) Gi Leverandøren forespurt informasjon om og bilder av bolig, sikringsskap, uteområde der Elbilladeren ønskes montert hvis det blir forespurt, 2) Stille bolig til disposisjon slik at installasjon av produktet kan bli gjennomført til avtalt tidspunkt, 3) Være til stede under installasjon av produktet, 4) Betale avtalt kjøpesum i rett tid.
