Data protection. Voor het uitvoeren van de naverkoopdiensten verzamelt en verwerkt Miele België persoonlijke gegevens. Miele Service ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 02/451.16.16 Miele Belgique (Miele s.a. , ▇.▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇) accorde à l’acheteur – outre les droits qui lui sont accordés par la loi d’exercer un appel à la garantie contre le revendeur et sans limitation de ceux-ci - un droit à une garantie sur les appareils neufs, dans la limite des obligations énumérées ci-dessous :

14.2 Om ervoor te zorgen dat de Klanten hun persoonsgegevens nauwkeurig en up-to-date zijn, moet de Klant Cashper onverwijld op de hoogte brengen van elke wijziging in de gegevens in de Kredietaanvraag, en dit tot op het moment dat de Klant al zijn verplichtingen is nagekomen met betrekking tot de Kredietovereenkomst.
14.3 Cashper is gerechtigd de van de Klant verkregen elektronische contactgegevens te gebruiken voor communicatie ter bevordering van de totstandkoming van toekomstige Kredietovereenkomsten (direct marketing), tenzij de Kredietontvanger schriftelijk tegen dergelijk gebruik van zijn contactgegevens bezwaar heeft gemaakt.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Due to the specific nature of its business, BCA mainly processes professional data. We do not collect sensitive data. The purpose of processing personal data is to manage our business relationship and enable you to access the Auction service. Accordingly, BCA may share the data of the Company specialised in the Automotive industry with other subsidiaries of BCA Europe in the context of a Vehicle purchased during a foreign sale on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇. BCA also reserves the right to share the data with the tax authorities when requested to do so. As part of managing the vehicles delivered by BCA, we share the following data with vehicle transport service providers: • Family name and given name of the contact of the Company specialised in the Automotive industry who has access to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇; • Delivery address; • E-mail address; • Mobile phone number. Everyone has rights over the way in which their personal data is processed. During the course of our activities we collect, store and process personal data about our customers, suppliers and other third parties, and we recognise that the correct and lawful processing of such data will maintain trust in our organisation and ensure the successful conclusion of business transactions. Data protection. Intrum verbindt zich ertoe om, in het kader van de in de samenwerkingsovereenkomst opgenomen diensten, de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming na te leven, in het bijzonder de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming van de Europese Unie (EU 2016/679). De termen ‘verwerking’, ‘persoonsgegevens’ en ‘verwerkingsverantwoordelijke’, zoals opgenomen in dit artikel, hebben de betekenis die daaraan wordt toegekend in de toepasselijke uitvoering van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (EU 2016/679).
Data protection. 1. The Seller is entitled to place identification data and data regarding payment and the payment behaviour of the Buyer at the disposal of Floridata, a partnership of wholesalers in the floricultural sector.
2. The data referred to in XI.1 are processed by Floridata in a databank in order to gain insight into the markets in which the respective wholesalers sell their floricultural products on the one hand and the payment behaviour of individual buyers on the other.
3. The data on the sale of floricultural products are processed in aggregated figures from which no personal data can be derived. These data are published from time to time either by Floridata or via third parties.
4. The data on the payment behaviour of individual buyers are processed in order to estimate the debtor risk. Personal data may possibly be inferred from these. The data on payment behaviour are shared by Floridata only upon special request and provided that the request comes from a wholesaler who participates in Floridata and provided it serves to limit his own debtor risk.
5. Should the above activities of Floridata be carried out at any time by another party,
6. the Seller has the right to place the above-mentioned data at the disposal of the said other party, which will be subject to the same restrictions as Floridata in respect of these data.
Data protection. 16.1. Each Party must at all times comply with its respective obligations pursuant to the applicable legislation as regards the processing of personal data for all personal data processed pursuant to this Agreement. The Client shall retain the sole responsibility for determining the objectives for which Mirror Mirror processes personal data pursuant to the Agreement. For the sake of clarity, the Parties acknowledge that the Client acts as the party responsible for the processing and Mirror Mirror as the processor of the personal data, which must be saved, used or in any other way processed under this Agreement, as these terms are defined in the applicable legislation regarding processing of personal data.
16.2. The Client declares that it has received all the necessary permissions for the use and processing of personal data transferred to Mirror Mirror under this Agreement and the Client also guarantees that the content, use and/ or processing of the personal data is not unlawful and does not violate the rights of third parties.
Data protection. The Contractor collects certain data from the Client. For the exact content of this, we refer to the following link where the most current status is stated.
1. Delivery after (written) announcement to our choice or as agreed:
a. by the provision of the sold to our address;
b. by delivery of the goods sold to buyer in Belgium.
2. In the case of provision of the sold to our address for buyer responsible buyer will collect the sold within 5 days after the sale.
3. In case of delivery of the goods sold by us at the address of the buyer must buyer immediately take over the goods sold.
4. If the purchaser, within the period referred to in paragraph 2 of this article, hasn’t picked up the sold goods or does not collect in accordance with paragraph 3 of this article, we are entitled to charge in accordance with our company - or local rates. The risk of damage and/or extinction for the buyer. Without prejudice the risk will transfer to the buyer five days after the sale to be available to buyer or immediate if the sold has been delivered by us to the (address of) client.
5. If the purchaser has not collected the purchased within the above mentioned time frame the invoice on the sold goods which has to be paid will be sent and paid within the agreed payment period. The invoice date is the day of dispatch of the invoice. Is the delivery to the buyer's address then the day of receipt of the invoice is the invoice date.
6. The customer is not entitled to return products delivered except with the written consent of Supplier. With due observance of the above, returning delivered products will only be possible after submission of a copy of the relevant invoice and/or delivery note. If
a delivered product is returned by the Client in accordance with the above, and if the Supplier agrees to this in writing, a credit will be given after deduction of 20% of the value of the product as stated on the relevant invoice and/or delivery note, in connection with the costs incurred by the Supplier. Amounts below EUR 50.00 will not be credited by the Supplier.
7. In the case of non-compliance with the payment obligations by the buyer, we shall be entitled in accordance with our general conditions for sales and delivery to charge legal interest, extra-judicial collection costs.
1. The warranty provisions set out in our general conditions for sales and delivery for the metal and electrical industry apply above all and thus also above the guarantee provisions of DEUTZ AG.

Data protection. 5.1 Intrum verbindt zich ertoe om, in het kader van de diensten zoals beschreven in deze algemene voorwaarden, de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming na te leven, in het bijzonder de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming van de Europese Unie (EU 2016/679). De termen ‘verwerking’, ‘persoonsgegevens’ en ‘verwerkingsverantwoordelijke’, zoals opgenomen in dit artikel, hebben de betekenis die daaraan wordt toegekend in de toepasselijke uitvoering van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (EU 2016/679).
5.2 Voor de door Intrum geleverde Diensten, zoals beschreven in deze algemene voorwaarden, handelt Intrum als een onafhankelijk verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en is zij dus onderworpen aan de voorwaarden zoals uiteengezet in artikel 5.3.
5.3 In de samenwerking tussen Intrum en het Unizo-lid treedt Intrum in een relatie van verwerkingsverantwoordelijke-tot-verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, waarbij met betrekking tot de verwerking van persoonsgegevens volgende voorwaarden van toepassing zijn:
