Governing Law and Severability. This agreement is subject to the laws of Belgium and the Parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts situated in such jurisdiction. If any term or condition hereof is found to be illegal or unenforceable, such term shall be deemed to be severed from the contract and this shall not affect the balance hereof which shall remain in full force and effect. Both Seller and Xxxxx acknowledge and agree that the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this order.
