Revision. Nextlane reserves the right to update the applicable Charges once a year. Revision shall be notified to the Customer’s Notification Contact with at least two(2) months prior Notice. The new Charges will be applicable at the effective date referred to in the Notice or two (2) months from the receipt of the electronic notification by Customer’s Notification Contact. If Customer considers that the modifications are not acceptable, Customer may terminate the Agreement pursuant to Section 10.2 (Termination by Customer), provided it sends a Termination Notice before the effective date of the Charge revision. Failing this, the Charge revision is deemed accepted by Customer and Customer waives its right to terminate the Agreement for such purpose.
