Subsistência. As obrigações da Vendedora perante a Compradora subsistirão à rescisão ou término dos Documentos, exceto se de outra forma estiver previsto nos Documentos. A tolerância, por qualquer das Parte, em relação ao não cumprimento pela outra Parte de qualquer disposição dos Documentos não afetará o seu direito de exigir o cumprimento posteriormente, e não constituirá renúncia ou novação da disposição não cumprida ou de qualquer outra disposição dos Documentos. 22.12. Survival. The obligations of Seller to Buyer survive termination of the Documents, except as otherwise provided in the Documents.
