This article was born originating graduation in Law, Law School, University Center UniBrasil. Initially aroused curiosity in the treatment of legal rules concerning the treatment soccer player, connected with reflections and notes to the academic path course was also the need for a more consolidated response. Thus, even as testing of hypotheses parameter to be treated and address, critically, during the primary research, this article aims to hold in check the transformation of football player on brand. Initial scientific hypothesis therefore becomes the movement of the subject to an equity aspect, to the point of being able to infer, in this case, the possibility of monetization of a human being, its subsequent sale and also added value to its work that is manifested primarily through television media and other related models.
