PLANUL TAXEI DE ȘCOLARIZARE

1. Părinti̦ i / tutorii legali aleg următoarea modalitate de plată a taxei de școlarizare*:

Plată anuală integrală a taxei anuale de școlarizare, ı̂n următoarele situati̦ i:

1. Factura se emite la data semnării contractului dar nu mai devreme de 1 mai 2023 (cu scadenţa în 30 zile)

Pentru contractele semnate ı̂n perioada martie - mai 2023

- se acordă o reducere de 4% pentru plata facturii în termenul de scadenţă şi nu mai târziu de 31 mai 2023.

Pentru contractele semnate ı̂n perioada iunie - august 2023

- se acordă o reducere de 2% pentru plata facturii în termenul de scadenţă şi nu mai târziu de 31 august 2023.

Pentru contractele semnate ı̂n perioada septembrie - decembrie 2023

- se acordă o reducere de 1.5% pentru plata facturii în termenul de scadenţă şi nu mai târziu de 31 decembrie 2023.

Notă: După primirea confirmării de plată cu reducerea aferentă în termenul de plată stabilit, părinţii/tutorii legali vor primi factura storno/nota de credit aferentă reducerii.

Plată ı̂n trei tranșe (4 /3 /4 luni):

Factura 1 se va emite ı̂n 2 iunie 2023 și este aferentă lunilor august, septembrie, octombrie, noiembrie 2023 (cu scadența în 30 de zile);

Factura 2 se va emite ı̂n 1 decembrie 2023 și este aferentă lunilor decembrie 2023 si ianuarie, februarie 2024, (cu scadența în 30 de zile);

Factura 3 se va emite ı̂n 1 martie 2024 și este aferentă lunilor martie, aprilie, mai, iunie (cu scadența în 30 de zile).

TUITION FEE PAYMENT PLAN

1. Parents / legal guardians choose the following method of tuition fee payment*:

Full payment of the yearly tuition fee, under the following conditions:

1. The invoice will be issued at the date of the signing of the contract, but no sooner than 1st of May 2023 (30 days payment deadline)

For the contracts signed between March - May 2023

- we offer a 4% discount for the payment of the invoice in due time, and no later than the 31st of May 2023.

For the contracts signed between June - August 2023

- we offer a 2% discount for the payment of the invoice in due time, and no later than 31st of August 2023.

For the contracts signed between September - December 2023

- we offer a 1.5%discount for the payment of the invoice in due time, and no later than 31st of December 2023.

Note: After the receipt of the payment confirmation, with the corresponding discount, in due time, the parents/legal representatives will receive a credit note for the discount.

Payment in 3 installments (4/3/4 months):

Invoice no. 1 will be issued on 2 June 2023 and it corresponds to August, September, October, and November 2023 tuition months. (30 days due date);

Invoice no. 2 will be issued on 1 December 2023 and it corresponds to December 2023 and January, and February 2024 tuition months, (30 days due date);

Invoice no. 3 will be issued on 1 March 2024 and it corresponds to March, April, May, and June, (30 days due date).

Plată lunară (11 luni):

Factura se va emite ı̂n prima zi lucrătoare a fiecărei luni pentru luna următoare, ı̂ncepând cu luna iulie 2023 si până ı̂n luna mai 2024 (cu scadența în 30 de zile).

Plată ı̂n avans (2 / 3 ani):

Factura ı̂n avans pentru 2 ani se va emite ı̂n 1 mai 2023 (cu scadența în 30 de zile).

- se acordă o reducere de 10% după plata facturii în termenul de scadenţă şi nu mai târziu de 31 mai 2023*

Factura ı̂n avans pentru 3 ani se va emite ı̂n 1 mai 2023 (cu scadența în 30 de zile)

- se acordă o reducere de 20% după plata facturii în termenul de scadenţă şi nu mai târziu de 31 mai 2023*

Notă: După primirea confirmării de plată cu reducerea aferentă în termenul de plată stabilit, părinţii/tutorii legali vor primi factura storno/nota de credit aferentă reducerii.

*Dacă părinții aleg să plătească taxa de școlarizare în avans pe 2 sau 3 ani, li se va garanta că taxa de școlarizare nu se modifică pe toată durata acoperită de plata în avans.

2. Se acceptă înscrieri și în timpul anului școlar, în funcție de locurile disponibile.

3. Dacă părinti̦ i doresc o perioadă de câteva zile sau săptămâni de ı̂ncercare pentru a vedea compatibilitatea copilului cu școala, din motive logistice, vor beneficia și vor achita 1 lună ı̂ntreagă, aceasta fiind unitatea cea mai mică de facturare a taxei.

4. Toate plăti̦ le care se vor realiza ı̂n XXX se vor calcula la cursul oficial publicat de B.N.R. ı̂n data emiterii facturii, la care se va adăuga o marjă de 2% (BNR + 2%)

5. Taxele de școlarizare pentru anul școlar 2023-2024, sunt cele din tabelul urmator.

6. Taxele de scolarizare se vor ajusta anual in functie de evolutia inflatiei anuale comunicate de INS si comunicate de Eurostat la finalul fiecarui an (xxx.xx.xxxxxx.xx/xxxxxxxx/) precum si de evolutia anuala a inflatiei locale.

Monthly payment (11 months):

The invoice will be issued on the first working day of each month for the next month, beginning with July 2023 and until May 2024 (30 days due date).

Payment in advance (2 / 3 years):

The invoice for advance payment for 2 years will be issued on the 1 May 2023 (30 days due date).

- We offer a 10% discount after the payment of the invoice in due time, and no later than 31st of May 2023*

The invoice for advance payment for 3 years will be issued on the 1 May 2023 (30 days due date).

- We offer a 20% discount after the payment of the invoice in due time, and no later than 31st of May 2023*

Note: After the receipt of the payment confirmation, with the corresponding discount, in due time, the parents/legal representatives will receive a credit note for the discount.

*If parents choose to pay the tuition tax in advance for 2 or 3 years, they are guaranteed that the tuition fee will not modify for the whole period covered by the advance payment.

2. Enrolments during the school year are accepted depending on available places.

3. The monthly tuition fee is the smallest invoice unit of the tuition fee. Therefore, if a parent would like for his child to have a few days or a few weeks of trial, for logistical reasons, the school will charge min. 1 month of school tax.

4. All payments made in RON will be calculated at the official rate published by the Romanian National Bank (B.N.R.) on the date when the invoice was issued, to which a 2% margin will be added (B.N.R. + 2%).

5. The tuition fees for the 2023-2024 academic year are the ones shown in the next table.

6. The tuition fees will be adjusted annually based on the inflation rate communicated by the National institute of Statistics (NIS) and communicated at the end of each year by Eurostat (xxx.xx.xxxxxx.xx/xxxxxxxx/), and also on the yearly evolution of the local inflation.

7. Pentru detalii despre taxele de școlarizare, plățile care trebuie făcute la semnarea contractului și pe parcursul anului școlar, precum și ceea ce este sau ce nu este inclus în taxa de școlarizare, vă rugăm să vedeți capitolul 3 din Contractul de școlarizare.
