With reference to the Agreed Minutes on the treatment of the debt of the Republic of Cuba between the Republic of Cuba and the Group of Creditors of Cuba (hereafter referred to as “Participating Creditor Countries” or “Group of Creditors of Cuba”), signed on 12 December 2015 in Paris (hereafter referred to as the “Agreed Minutes”), including the Kingdom of Sweden, which establishes a scheme (“the Scheme”) for full clearance of arrears over a period of 18 years, the Kingdom of Sweden and the Government of the Republic of Cuba and (“the Parties”) have agreed as follows:
