鉴于上述论文在《山东大学耳鼻喉眼学报》(以下简称学报)发表,为使该论文更好地 传播,所有作者自愿将论文整体以及附属于论文的图、表、摘要或其他可从论文中提取的部 分的全部可转让的著作权——包括但不限于复制权、发行权、信息网络传播权、翻译权、改编权、汇编权、广播权、展览权独家转让给《山东大学耳鼻喉眼学报》的主办单位—— 山东大学。相关权利由《山东大学耳鼻喉眼学报》的编辑出版单位山东大学科技期刊社(以 下简称科技期刊社)代表山东大学行使,主要包括但不限于以下使用方式:
1.以各种已知或将来出现的形态、格式和媒介(包括但不限于纸质、数字化和电子形式) 出版、复制、发行、展览、传输、汇编、存储该论文;
2. 翻译、改编该论文、利用该论文制作摘要或从中提取部分片段,以及利用该论文制作 其他形式的衍生作品,产生的摘要、外文版等衍生作品同样适用上述第 1 款;
3. 将上述权利的全部或部分转让或许可给第三方。
本刊使用知识共享许可协议(CreativeCommons),允许第三方用户按照署名(BY)-非商业性使用(NC)-禁止演绎(ND)(简称 CCBY-NC-ND)的方式共享,即允许第三方对本刊发表的文章进行复制、发行、展览、放映、广播或通过信息网络向公众传播,但在这些过程中必须 保留作者署名、仅限于非商业性目的、不得进行演绎创作。有关知识共享许可协议详情请访 问:

上述权利的转让期限以论文著作权的法定保护期为限,转让地域范围为全世界。论文在 科技期刊社编辑出版的学报上首次发表后,科技期刊社须向论文作者支付一次性稿酬(包括以其他方式出版、传播该论文的稿酬及著作权转让费),并赠送样刊。本协议自科技期刊社录用上述论文时自动生效,一旦科技期刊社决定不再出版该论文,本协议自行终止,所有权 利回归作者。作者保证论文为原创,未侵犯他人著作权或其他权利,所引用的图、表等受著作权保护的材 料均已获得权利人许可;保证该论文未被其他期刊采用,并且从未出版过;保证该论文整体 或主要部分未被公开过。作者保证不再将论文著作权转让或许可给第三方使用。
当论文在学报出版后,科技期刊社将下述非专有权利许可给作者使用:
1.在作者本人所著专著或学位论文中使用上述论文的整体或部分,但须注明出自学报;
2. 可在课堂教学包括幻灯中使用该论文,可以复制论文进行非商业性地分发;
3. 可在其个人网站或博客上传上述论文但须注明出自学报,或链接到科技期刊社网站上 的该论文的电子版本;
4. 再次使用论文中的图、表,但须注明出自学报。
5. 作者有权按照 CCBY-NC-ND 协议分享、使用文章。
因本协议的执行发生的争议,全体作者与科技期刊社均同意以科技期刊社住所地人民法 院为第一审管辖法院。

The authors agree to transfer the assignable copyright of the article and the attached abstract, figures and tables only to Shandong University, the sponsor of Journal of Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology of Shandong University, who shall have, but not limited to, the following rights: reproduction, distribution, online dissemination, translation, adaption, compilation, broadcast and exhibition. The rights are exercised by the editorial office of the journal on behalf of Shandong University. The right will be used in ways including but not limited to:
1. Publish, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, transmit, compile and store the paper in various known or future forms, formats or media (including but not limited to paper, digital and electronic);
2. Translate, adapt, abstract or make extract from the article, or do some derivative works for article. The abstracts, foreign language versions and other derivative works are also applicable to term 1;
3. Transfer or license all or part of the above rights to a third party.
The content of the journal is open access under the Creative Commons License. Permitted third party reuse of the articles published by the journal is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND). This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only and further does not permit distribution of the article if it is changed or edited in any way, and the reusers should always give appropriate credit to the authors in the process. The term of copyright transfer is the legal protection period prescribed by law, and the regional scope is all over the world. After publishing, the editorial office will pay a one-off remuneration to the authors (this includes the remuneration for publishing and disseminating the article in other ways) and gift a sample journal to authors. This contract shall come into force automatically when the article is accepted for publishing. Once the article is rejected, this contract shall be invalidated and all rights shall return to the author.
The author should guarantee that the article is original and does not infringe the copyright or other rights of others, and the figures, tables and other materials have been properly cited or approved. The authors should guarantee that the article has never been published before and that the whole or main part of the article content has not been released. The authors guarantee that they will not transfer or license the copyright to a third party.
After publishing, the editorial office will allow the authors to exercise the following non- exclusive rights:
1. Include the whole or part of the article in the author's monograph or dissertation as appropriate credit is given to the journal.
2. Use the article for teaching (including slides) or distribute the article for non-commercial purpose;
3. Upload the article on authors’ personal website or blog, as appropriate credit is given to the journal or a link to the electronic version of the article on the journal’s website is provided.
4. Re-use the figures or tables from the article, as appropriate credit is given to the journal.
5. Spread or make use of the article under the license of CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
For disputes in the execution of this contract, all authors and the editorial office agree that the original jurisdiction shall be attributed to the court of the city where the editorial office is located.
