るものとする。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。

２ 競争参加資格

 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未▇▇者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。

 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。

 令和01・02・03年度最高裁判所競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）の「役務の提供等」において、Ａ又はＢ等級に格付けされ、東北地域の競争参加資格を有する者。

 令和01・02・03年度最高裁判所競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）の「役務の提供等」において、Ｃ等級に格付けされ、東北地域の競争参加資格を有する者で、本入札公告の清掃業務と同等以上の仕様の清掃業務をした実績を証明できる者。

 上記２Жの資格の申請の時期及び場所は、全省庁統一資格申請の方法による。

 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。

 開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対象外とすることを定める措置を受けていないこと。
