Provision of information to prospective students a) The website will include student finance web pages explaining the University’s policy on tuition fees and availability of, and eligibility for, bursaries. Where appropriate the web pages will be linked to relevant external websites, such as Student Finance England; b) The University’s undergraduate mini-prospectus will contain information explaining the policy on tuition fees, bursaries and scholarships; c) A separate leaflet will be available at higher education fairs, open days and within the Student Centre; d) All University Open Days will have designated presentations and trained staff available to answer questions on student finance; e) A facility for applicants to see Student Finance staff on an individual basis will be available. The Education/Schools liaison activities will be enhanced to provide further support. This will include an increase in workshops and briefings to schools, colleges and careers offices throughout the region. A particular focus will be given to ensuring students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds understand the level of support available to them. Information provided will include factual details and case studies. The latest data will be sourced from Student Finance England, TDA and NHS.

Provision of. “know your customer” information. The Borrower will, as soon as practicable after receiving a request from the Lender, provide the Lender with any information required by it in relation to its “know your customer” regulations.

Provision of. (a) auditing services for the Project; and (b) financial management hardware and software and training for its utilization. Part B: Port/City Interface Redevelopment 1. Carrying out preparation works for the transfer of port operations from the Delta and Porto Xxxxx area to the western part of Port of Rijeka Port. 2. Part C: International Road Improvements 1. Rehabilitation of the Krk bridge. Provision of technical assistance, equipment and training to HAC staff, including (a) assistance in obtaining an ISO 9001 Certificate; (b) services for construction supervision for rehabilitation of the Krk bridge; and (c) training for the HAC PIU staff in financial management, accounting and procurement.

Provision of kitchen machinery, equipment and materials

Provision of. Article 17.1.1 shall apply only to those administrators who are currently designated non-term administrators. Furthermore, it is understood that when there are no longer any non-term administrators employed by the School Division, Articles 17.1.1 and 17.1.1.1 shall be deleted from the Collective Agreement.

Provision of a system of control, protection & work security

Provision of. The Board agrees to provide new employees with a Collective Agreement and the name of the President of the Branch and the address of the office where the President can be contacted. The Branch shall notify the Board in writing of the names of its representatives as follows: officers, negotiating committee members, grievance committee members. An Occasional Committee will meet at the request of either party to items of concern. The Committee shall make recommendations to be presented to the Administration.

Provision of. KNOW-HOW (a) Promptly after the EFFECTIVE DATE, diaDexus shall disclose and supply to SBCL all KNOW-HOW. Thereafter, diaDexus shall promptly disclose and supply to SBCL any further KNOW-HOW which may become known to diaDexus. During the term of the AGREEMENT, and at no cost to SBCL, diaDexus shall provide SBCL with reasonable technical assistance within diaDexus' area of expertise, with respect to the utilization of such KNOW-HOW in the development and commercialization of HOMEBREWS. (b) SBCL shall to the extent it has the rights to do so, reasonably cooperate with diaDexus and its sublicensees (including a proposed Kit manufacturer) in providing information to diaDexus that the parties mutually agree may be useful in gaining approval for such HOMEBREW as a KIT, provided such efforts are likely to enhance the overall market for the KIT and/or HOMEBREW and such efforts may result in information useful to SBCL in its healthcare services application.

Provision of. (a) technical assistance and training to assist MSSL to monitor and evaluate social policy through the preparation and publication of an annual social report and provision of training in social policy analysis, and (b) technical assistance to the Policy Evaluation Fund (PEF) within MSSL to strengthen local research capacity.

Provision of. (a) technical assistance and training to selected faculty, directors of educational units, Pedagogical Advisors and Local School Boards, directors of School Nucleus, directors of DDiEs and staff from Participating GMs on municipal and school educational management and design, and implementation and evaluation of activities under Part A of the Project; (b) training to staff from the Participating GMs and DDiEs in the operation of the municipal information systems in Part B.2 of the Project; (c) technical assistance to selected faculty, directors of educational units, Pedagogical Advisors and Local School Boards, directors of School Nucleus, directors of DDiEs and staff from Participating GMs on group dynamics, conflict resolution, institutional and inter-institutional organization and evaluation committees referred to in Section 3. 03 (a) (c) of this Agreement on aspects of implementation of Part A of the Project; and (e) technical assistance to selected faculty, directors of educational units, parents of students, Pedagogical Advisors and Local School Boards, directors of School Nucleus, directors of DDiEs and staff from Participating GMs on pedagogical and curricular innovation, improvement of school infrastructure and equipment and budget management.
