Specific Services. Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Director of Health and Human Services Agency or his or her designee.
Specific Services. Contractor agrees to use his or her best efforts to provide essential information and solicit contacts with individuals and/or companies interested in providing financial services to the Client.
Specific Services. Without limiting the generality of the Services to be provided as set forth above, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will provide the following specific services:
(i) Supervision of the hiring and conduct of competent personnel as are required for the management of the Company's financial affairs and the production of public reporting financial documents;
(ii) To conduct or supervise, as appropriate, the financial affairs and reporting requirements of the Company;
(iii) Assistance with capital funding projects and resources which are necessarily incidental thereto;
(iv) Assistance in the coordination of the preparation and dissemination of business plans and reports for the Company; and
(v) Such other activities as are necessary or incidental to the above from time to time and as requested by the Board of the Directors of the Company.
Specific Services. The Services provided by this Framework Agreement is for the provision of UK Regional, Nationwide and European coverage for Fuel Cards and Associated Services.

Specific Services. Without limiting the generality of the Services to be provided as set forth in section “2.1” hereinabove, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that Ikebuchi will provide the following specific services:
(a) supervision of the hiring of competent personnel as are required for the efficient marketing and operation of the Company’s business;
(b) the management and supervision of the performance of personnel and of the operation of various business enterprises of the Company;
(c) the identification of business opportunities for the Company, the conduct of due diligence, and assistance in the negotiation and conclusion of contracts for such opportunities;
(d) assistance in the coordination and administration of all development programs of the Company;
(e) assistance with capital funding projects, and resources which are necessarily incidental thereto;
(f) assistance in the coordination of the preparation and dissemination of business plans and reports for the Company; and
(g) such other activities as are necessary or incidental to the above from time to time.
Specific Services. Contractor agrees to use his or her best efforts to generate interest from individuals and/or corporations whereby purchases of and/or capital investments for the Client's common stock may result.

Contractor agrees to prepare and submit all forms and supporting documentation pertaining to the USAC E-Rate program with the understanding that the school district provide the necessary back up for said documentation in a timely manner. Contractor agrees to manage and complete PIA reviews for all FRN’s for any E-Rate program year where applicable. Contractor agrees to provide support for Selective reviews, program audit preparation, billing and reimbursement documentation, and vendor evaluation and communication. Any additional support or services not explicitly included in this scope of work will require a separate agreement or addendum.
