THE REQUIREMENT Clause Examples

The "Requirement" clause defines the specific obligations, standards, or conditions that a party must fulfill under the agreement. In practice, this clause outlines what is expected, such as delivering goods of a certain quality, meeting deadlines, or adhering to regulatory standards. By clearly stating these requirements, the clause ensures both parties understand their responsibilities, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over performance or compliance.

THE REQUIREMENT. The OFT is seeking proposals for the delivery of an Investigation Skills course for approximately 50 delegates. Due to the current economic climate, public sector reform and having to do more with less in order to gain the best value for money, elements of the course will be designed in house. Value for money will be a key consideration in our deliberations in deciding who to contract. The course will use an OFT designed case study/role play to focus attention upon how we use investigation skills in CCG and will make the vital links between communication and analysis and use of evidence across all teams in CCG. It will enable staff to gain confidence in the use of a range of appropriate tools and techniques through practise on a case study/role play which includes issues typical of actual cases handled by CCG teams. The course must provide the delegates with the opportunity and support to apply their learning to their current roles. It should also enable them to apply learning to facilitate achievement of effective and speedy outcomes.
