Examples of Cause in a sentence
Cause shall be defined as any material breach of contract, any misrepresentation or fraud on the part of the Contractor.
A breach of this Section is considered a material breach of this Contract, which entitles the MCRC to terminate this Contract under Section 24, Termination for Cause.
In the event that the Company intends to terminate the Employee for Cause, the Employee shall have a reasonable opportunity, together with his counsel, to be heard before the Board of Directors of the Company before such termination.
If the MCRC finds material deficiencies, it may: (i) reject the Contract Activities without performing any further inspections; (ii) demand performance at no additional cost; or (iii) terminate this Contract in accordance with Section 24, Termination for Cause.
Adobe is entitled to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Clause 13.3 (Termination With Cause) without prejudice to all its other rights and remedies, if Reseller breaches any of the provisions in this Clause 14.2 (Assignment).
