Each party may disclose Confidential Information only to those employees, agents or subcontractors who are required to protect it against unauthorized disclosure in a manner no less protective than required under this Agreement, and each party may disclose the other party’s Confidential Information in any legal proceeding or to a governmental entity as required by law.
Confidential Information shall be limited to the terms and pricing under this Agreement and Your order, Your Content residing in the Services, and all information clearly identified as confidential at the time of disclosure.
We may make Service Analyses publicly available; however, Service Analyses will not incorporate Your Content, Personal Data or Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify You or any individual.
Confidential Information – Information that is trade secret or otherwise confidential or exempt from disclosure under Florida or federal law.
Purchaser reserves the right to monitor, audit, and/or investigate Contractor’s use of Confidential Information used, collected, or acquired by Supplier pursuant to this Contract.
