Customer Materials definition
Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
Customer Materials means all and any information, specifications, plans, concepts, drawings, designs and other materials supplied by or on behalf of the Customer, in any format;
Customer Materials means all materials that you provide or post, upload, input or submit for public display through the Subscription Service.

Abnormal will use the Customer Materials only for purposes of providing Technical Services.
Except for Abnormal’s express rights in this Agreement, as between the Parties, Customer owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Customer Data and Customer Materials provided to Abnormal.

More Definitions of Customer Materials
Customer Materials means all materials, equipment and tools, drawings, specifications and data supplied by the Customer to the Council;
Customer Materials means any Raw Materials, components of Product, or other materials of any nature provided by Customer.
