Customer Software definition

Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including Specially Written Software and Assigned Software and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

Examples of Customer Software in a sentence

• Upon termination of the license associated with this Agreement, Xxxxxxxx agrees to destroy all copies of the Software and other text and/or graphical documentation, whether in electronic or printed format, that describe the features, functions and operation of the Software that are provided by Axon to Customer ("Software Documentation") or return such copies to Axon.

• LTG retains all rights in the SaaS Services and (subject to the license granted to Customer) Software, and in all work product from related Professional Services, which Customer may use only in connection with the SaaS Services or Software.

• Neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary has agreed to waive any rights in Company Intellectual Property except pursuant to customary right to use granting provisions of licenses to Customer Software.

• To the knowledge of the Company, no (i) Open Source Software that is embedded in or bundled, shipped or distributed with any Customer Software nor (ii) any other Open Source Software (other than immaterial Open Source Software) is used in a manner that requires the contribution of any portion of any Customer Software to any person, including into the open source Software community.

• Customer is responsible for and assumes all liability with respect to IFE Customer Software.

More Definitions of Customer Software

Customer Software means any software identified as such in the Order Form together with all other software which is not identified as such in the Order Form but which is owned by or licensed to the Customer and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;

Customer Software means all computer programs and applications and related materials owned, licensed or used by the Customer (excluding the Software and Third-Party Software);

Customer Software means the Software owned or licensed by Customer (other than the Supplier Software) that is used in connection with the Services, including the Software set forth in Exhibit 6, and any modification, enhancement or derivative work of the foregoing.

Customer Software means any System owned or licensed by Customer or its Affiliates (including any software modules, modifications and enhancements thereto) which is listed in this Agreement and for which Administrator has been authorized by Customer or its Affiliates to utilize in performing the Services hereunder, but excluding any Administrator Software which Customer or its Affiliates have licensed.

Customer Software means any software applications, programs, or other technologies Customer develops using SDK(s) or API(s), and that (a) are intended to access, function or interoperate with the Document Cloud Service, and (b) add substantial functionality and value beyond the Document Cloud Service itself. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Software may be comprised of a Customer’s hosted service that interoperates with the Document Cloud Service.

Customer Software means the computer programs (whether in machine or optically readable format) and all Materials relating to such computer programs, owned, licenced or used by the Customer and/or its Affiliates. Customer Systems means the Customer Software and any Equipment and/or Tools owned or used by the Customer and/or its Affiliates. Data Exporter has the meaning set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 21 (Data Processing and Transfer). Data Importer has the meaning set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 21 (Data Processing and Transfer).

Customer Software means any software accessed, used or operated by AWS in performing AWS Managed Services where that software is not provided by or on behalf of AWS as part of AWS Managed Services.
