Customer Technology definition

Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

Customer Technology means software, methodologies, templates, business processes, documentation, or other material originally authored, invented, or otherwise created by Customer (or on Customer’s behalf, other than by ServiceNow or at ServiceNow’s direction) for use with the Subscription Service, excluding ServiceNow Core Technology.

Customer Technology means the proprietary technology of Customer and its licensors, including Customer's Internet operations design, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed by Customer during the term of a SOW. "CenturyLink Technology" means the proprietary technology of CenturyLink and its licensors, including services, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, report formats, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of CenturyLink Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of a SOW.

• CUSTOMER Materials and CUSTOMER Technology provided to EQ for the Manufacturing of the Product shall have been generated in compliance with Applicable Law and regulations and shall be true, complete and correct in all material respects.

• All rights to and interests in CUSTOMER Technology will remain solely in CUSTOMER and, other than as set forth herein, no right or interest therein is transferred or granted to EQ under this Agreement.

• Any CUSTOMER Technology transferred to EQ for the Manufacturing of the Product has been and shall be generated in compliance with any Applicable Law, and shall be true, complete and correct in all material respects.

More Definitions of Customer Technology

Customer Technology means any software owned by Customer or its third party licensors and any other Customer proprietary technology used in Customer’s web site, including the web site design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation in whatever format, know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world, including derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions thereof, conceived, reduced to practice or developed by Customer or its third party contractors.

Customer Technology means all: (a) API and Customer-supplied Composition; (b) Products and any intermediates or derivatives thereof; (c)Specifications; (d) the Technology of Customer owned, developed or obtained by or on behalf of Customer or Customer’s Affiliates prior to the Effective Date, or owned, developed or obtained by or on behalf of Customer or its Affiliates independent of this Agreement and without reliance upon the Confidential Information, Improvements or Technology of BVL; and (e) Customers’ Improvement.

Customer Technology means any software or hardware owned by Customer or its third party licensors and any other Customer proprietary technology provided by Customer or used in Customer’s website, including the website design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects, and documentation in whatever format, know-how, trade secrets, and any related Intellectual Property Rights throughout the world, including derivatives, improvements, enhancements, or extensions thereof, conceived, reduced to practice, or developed by Customer or its third party contractors.

Customer Technology means any information, technology or design or other materials owned or controlled by Customer the use of which is reasonably required by Igloo in order to provide any of the Services.

Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology and processes, including, but not limited to, Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, inventions, trade secrets and any related Intellectual Property Rights (whether owned by Customer, controlled by or licensed to Customer by a third party) and also including any derivative works, improvements, enhancements or extensions of the foregoing conceived, invented, reduced to practice, expressed in a tangible medium,

Customer Technology means intellectual property rights licensed from third parties or developed solely by Customer with respect to (a) the Product and derivatives thereof, (b) the processes to make the Product; and (c) uses of the Product, including, in each case, any intellectual property rights embodied therein.

Customer Technology means all data, information, know-how, materials, and Intellectual Property which from time to time Customer is the owner of or entitled to use, including without limitation the Customer Know-How, the Customer Patent Rights, the Cell Line, the Customer Materials, the Customer Information, the Customer Process, the New Customer Intellectual Property, and the Product; "Customer Technology" does not include LB Know-How, the LB Patent Rights, the LB Process, the New General Application Intellectual Property, LB's other Intellectual Property, and information in the public domain.
