Effective Date definition

Effective Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Effective Date means the date agreed to by the Parties as the date on which the Contract takes effect.

• If, after the Effective Date, a Change in Law occurs or New Taxes are imposed, and such event or taxes have a direct, material and adverse effect on the economic benefits to a Party of this ESA, the affected Party shall send written notice to the other Party, setting forth the Change in Law or New Taxes and reasonably demonstrating the effect of the same on the affected Party.

Effective Date means the date on which the conditions specified in Section 4.01 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 9.02).
