Financial Performance definition

Financial Performance means the financial performance of Keystone and/or a Participating Entity as determined from time to time by the Committee or its delegate.
Financial Performance means the financial performance component used to determine an Executive Officer’s Target Award and shall be either the same as the component used for determining awards under Section 4.04 of this Plan, the ATIP, the AIP, or a combination thereof as applicable to the Executive Officer and as set forth in Section 4.05.
