Holdings hereby agrees that it shall not exercise any right or remedy, directly or indirectly, of subrogation, contribution, indemnity, reimbursement or similar rights with respect to any payments it makes under this Holdings Guaranty until the Termination Date.
This Holdings Guaranty is a continuing and irrevocable guarantee of all Obligations now or hereafter existing and shall remain in full force and effect until the Termination Date.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Holdings consents to the taking of, or failure to take, any action which might in any manner or to any extent vary the risks of Holdings under this Holdings Guaranty or which, but for this provision, might operate as a discharge of Holdings.
