Licensed Software definition

Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
Licensed Software means Contractor’s software set forth in Appendix E, including Source Code and object code versions of such software, in whatever form or media, together with all Upgrades and Documentation thereto.
Licensed Software means the Symantec software product, in object code form, accompanying this License Agreement, including any Documentation included in, or provided for use with, such software or that accompanies this License Agreement.

Examples of Licensed Software in a sentence

  • Customer acknowledges that the Licensed Material incorporate confidential and proprietary information developed or acquired by or licensed to PreEmptive and that all results of testing of the Licensed Software, whether performed by Customer or another third party, are confidential.

  • Upon use of a permanent License Key to install the Licensed Software on Customer’s computer hardware, no other security code will be required for the Licensed Material to operate on such computer hardware in accordance with the terms and restrictions contained in this Agreement.

  • PreEmptive reserves the right to gather data on license usage by Customer for each item of Licensed Software, including License Key numbers, server IP addresses, email addresses of users, domain counts and other information deemed relevant, to ensure that the Licensed Software is being used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Customer acknowledges that a security code owned and controlled by PreEmptive or its subsidiaries (the "License Key") is required to render the Licensed Software operational on Customer’s computer hardware.

  • Customer’s right to use the Licensed Software shall survive any election by Customer to terminate or not renew Maintenance Services from PreEmptive.


More Definitions of Licensed Software

Licensed Software means the applications, databases, software, tools and components owned or licensed by Customer (other than any Subscription Software) which Customer provides to SAP to be hosted in the Cloud Service.
Licensed Software means the machine-readable object code version of (i) the software specified on each Purchase Order, whether embedded on disc, tape, internet download site or other media and (ii) all Updates for the Licensed Software that Customer is entitled to receive in connection with its receipt of Maintenance Services pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement.
Licensed Software means the version of the applications, databases, software, tools and components owned or licensed by Customer (other than any Subscription Software) which Customer provides to SAP as part of the Cloud Services.
Licensed Software means the enclosed SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE, EXAMPLES, PROJECT TEMPLATE and all the related documentation and design tools licensed and delivered in the form of object and/or source code as the case may be. Product: means Your and Your end-users’ product or system, and all the related documentation, that includes or incorporates the Licensed Software in Compiled Code and the ST Device and provided further that such Licensed Software or derivative works of the Licensed Software execute solely and exclusively on ST Device.
Licensed Software means the object code version of the Licensor computer program(s) listed above, their Documentation, and other supplemental materials, as provided to Licensee by Licensor, including but not limited to any software security keys relating thereto. The Documentation may be delivered electronically and may only be available in the English language. The Licensed Software will be accompanied by a license key where required for activation and use of the Licensed Software. The Licensed Software shall also include, and this License Agreement shall govern the use of any update to the Licensed Software that Licensee receives pursuant to a separate support and/or maintenance purchase as described in Section 6 below, unless such update contains or comes with a different end user license agreement, in which case such end user license agreement shall supersede this License Agreement and govern the use of such software license without need for a mutually executed amendment to this License Agreement as set forth in Section 17 of this License Agreement. This License Agreement does not grant Licensee the right to any updates to the Licensed Software unless provided by Licensor under Section 6 and/or Section 7 below.
Licensed Software means any Consultant-Owned Software and any Third-Party Software provided by the Consultant pursuant to this Agreement.
Licensed Software means such of the Software, as is selected by you and licensed to you under the terms of this Agreement, including any related manuals, help files or other documentation, any reference to Licensed Software includes Retired Software, unless stated otherwise;
