Examples of Limited Guarantee in a sentence
Without limiting the rights of the Company against the Parent Entities hereunder, in no event shall the Company or any of its Affiliates, and the Company agrees not to and to cause its Affiliates not to, seek to enforce this Agreement against, make any claims for breach of this Agreement against, or seek to recover monetary damages from, any Parent Related Party (other than the Parent Entities or any payment from a Guarantor to the extent set forth in the applicable Limited Guarantee).
Each Limited Guarantee is in full force and effect and is a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Guarantor party thereto, enforceable against such Guarantor in accordance with its terms, subject to the Bankruptcy and Equity Exception and no event has occurred which, with or without notice, lapse of time or both, would or would reasonably be expected to constitute a default or breach on the part of the Guarantor under such Limited Guarantee.
