MANUFACTURERS definition

MANUFACTURERS means M/s and shall include their legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
MANUFACTURERS. Reject” means an incorrectly manufactured item that fails to meet the Manufacturer quality control standards or that a retailer will not accept to sale, which does not change the integrity or edibility of the Good(s).
MANUFACTURERS means anyone who is engaged in manufacturing, preparing, propagating, compounding, processing, packaging, repackaging, or labeling of a prescription drug.
