Monitoring Services definition

Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

Monitoring Services means monitoring services with respect to the Company’s investments, including (i) negotiating servicing agreements, (ii) acting as a liaison between the servicers of the assets and the Company, (iii) review of servicers’ delinquency, foreclosure and other reports on assets, (iv) supervising claims filed under any insurance policies and (v) enforcing the obligation of any servicer to repurchase assets.

Monitoring Services means Our service reporting, network monitoring and management, cloud monitoring and management, infrastructure monitoring and management, application monitoring, VoIP telephony monitoring, data monitoring and management, and any other monitoring services as applicable to the Customer and as are described and set out in the Service delivery document.

Examples of Monitoring Services in a sentence

• AMS shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Monitoring Services available for twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

• If for any reason, including but not limited to, CT’s equipment failure, CT is unable to provide Alarm Monitoring Services, CT, in its sole discretion, shall be permitted to suspend the Alarm monitoring services at any time, and without notice to Subscriber.

• Agency agrees that from time to time the Monitoring Services may be inaccessible or inoperable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of AMS, including: (i) equipment malfunctions; (ii) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs which AMS may undertake; or (iii) interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network congestion or other similar failures.

• Agency will not be entitled to any setoff, discount, refund or other credit as a result of unavailability of the Monitoring Services unless expressly provided in this Agreement.

• Additional Monitoring Services are supported by a separate SLA document, which must be completed for each Client.

More Definitions of Monitoring Services

Monitoring Services means the monitoring and notification services provided by ADT under any contract which give rise to the Service Charge Receivables.

Monitoring Services means the provision of remote alarm monitoring services to Subscribers, and all related security services, including but not limited to, notification and dispatch of emergency personnel, supervised openings and closings, closed circuit monitoring and any other security related services;
