Other jurisdiction or “another jurisdiction” means any state other than Wisconsin and includes the District of Colum- bia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico and any territory or posses- sion of the United States, any federal military installation located within the territorial boundaries of Wisconsin and any province of the Dominion of Canada.
