Payment Guaranty definition

Payment Guaranty means, if applicable, that certain Guaranty (Payment) of even date herewith executed by Guarantor to and for the benefit of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Payment Guaranty means that certain Payment Guaranty and Security Agreement dated as of the date hereof made by Holdings, Parent Entity and each subsidiary of Holdings (other than Borrower) from time to time party thereto, in favor of Agent, as amended from time to time.

Payment Guaranty means that certain Payment Guaranty made by GCI for the benefit of Lenders dated as of the date hereof, together with any amendments, modifications, supplements, or restatements thereof.

Payment Guaranty means that certain Guaranty (of Payment), dated the date hereof from Guarantor to Preferred Member.
