All Interests in FEAM shall be cancelled on the Effective Date and, subject to the Restructuring Transactions, Reorganized FEAM shall issue or transfer the New Equity to holders of Claims entitled to receive such New Equity pursuant to the Plan and the Restructuring Support Agreement.
