Support Services definition

Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

• If the Product does not, under normal use, operate in substantial conformance with the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation, Subscriber’s sole and exclusive remedy and Cohesive’s entire liability shall be the provision of Support Services and service credits (if applicable) during the Subscription Term in accordance with the relevant SLA.

• This Subscription License includes the Support Services (which together with the Cohesive Software shall be defined as the “Product”).

More Definitions of Support Services

Support Services or “IFS Support Services” means the support and maintenance provided or made available by IFS and purchased by Customer for particular Application Software, which includes different support options, as specified on the Notification Form. Support Services may be limited to certain software installation(s), instance(s), environment(s), language version(s), and country(ies) /site(s) as specified in the applicable Notification Form.

Support Services means the provision of support and maintenance services for SAP Business One Cloud by SAP and Partner as defined in Article 11 below.

Support Services means the customer support services described at www.samsara.com/support, and Documentation, but excluding any Professional Services.

Support Services means the software maintenance and support services Contractor is required to or otherwise does provide to the State under the Service Level Agreement.

Support Services means application and technical support required to maintain the performance, uptime and connectivity of the Hosted Software Services for UCBOE access and use, including without limitation, telephone support, error correction, maintenance, and installation of Updates and Upgrades to the Hosted Software. “Updates” means (i) modifications to or releases of the Hosted Software that (a) add new features, functionality, and/or improved performance, (b) operate on new or other databases, operating systems, or server platforms or (c) extend the Hosted Software functionality to take advantage of advances in coding language, hardware, network or wireless infrastructures; and (ii) deviation corrections, bug or error fixes, patches, workarounds, and maintenance releases.
