Additional Meetings. Such additional meetings shall be held as the parties may require to reach an understanding on the issue or issues, or until an impasse is reached. All such meetings shall be conducted in open sessions with notice of such meeting published at the earliest possible time prior to the meeting (33-1273).
Additional Meetings. Nothing in this Article shall prohibit a teacher or group of teachers from voluntarily planning and/or participating in more than the required meetings, provided such participation is strictly voluntary.

Additional meetings or communications to discuss possible remedial actions by the Employee or to discuss settlement of the matter may continue until either the University President or the Employee notifies the other in writing of her/his belief that further meetings shall not be productive.

Additional Meetings. The Manager will meet with the FRBNY outside their regular meeting schedule at such times and for such purposes as either of them determines to be necessary or useful. Upon reasonable notice, at the request of the Company, the Manager shall also meet with representatives of the Board of Governors and the UST at a time mutually agreeable.
Additional Meetings. Additional meetings may occur during the tenure review process at the request of either the Contract Counseling Faculty unit member or the Level One Tenure Review Committee members.
Additional Meetings. In addition to the preliminary 19 meeting, the Monitor shall hold at least one annual meeting with the City 20 and Plaintiffs to review progress. The Monitor may, as he or she deems 21 appropriate, schedule other meetings and/or conference calls with the 22 Parties’ counsel to discuss any relevant issues concerning the 23 implementation and enforcement of the Agreement.
Additional Meetings. Additional Association meetings and activities other than the one (1) reserved day each month shall be convened after established teacher departure times.

The Contractor or TerreStar may schedule additional meetings to provide a technical interchange on topics requiring a greater level of detail or involvement of technical specialists. An agenda for each technical interchange meeting (XXX) shall be generated and copies distributed to all participants one week prior to the XXX. The Contractor shall prepare minutes of each XXX, including the assigned action item list, and deliver a copy to TerreStar within one week after the XXX.
Additional Meetings. If a Signatory deems a meeting necessary in addition to the annual meeting described above their request shall be considered in consultation with the other Signatories.
