Participating in means to have a part in or contribute to the elements of the nursing process.

Participating in in this paragraph means that TE may not be present, whether directly or indirectly, in person or, through its legal representatives or its employees, or by any means of communication such as telephone conferences and/or other electronic or telematic means.
