Common use of Alliance Managers Clause in Contracts

Alliance Managers. Each of the Parties will appoint one representative who possesses a general understanding of Development issues to act as its alliance manager (each, an “Alliance Manager”). The role of the Alliance Manager is to act as a primary point of contact between the Parties to assure a successful relationship between the Parties. The Alliance Managers will attend all meetings of the JRC and support the co-chairpersons of the JRC in the discharge of their responsibilities. An Alliance Manager may bring any matter to the attention of the JRC if such Alliance Manager reasonably believes that such matter warrants such attention.
