Relationship Managers. The Participant Relationship Manager and the Reclaim Fund Relationship Manager at the date of this agreement for the purposes of clause 27 of Part B of this agreement are as follows:
Relationship Managers. Each Party will appoint a relationship manager who will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring and management of the relationship between the Parties and to serve as a link between the Parties. The relationship managers shall: report to each other for the duration of this Agreement and shall ensure that any faulty or unacceptable performances of a Party is brought to the attention of the relevant relationship manager as soon as possible, to enable such Party to take suitable corrective action; continually review the information exchange requirements of both Parties and agree on the dates for review meetings; and meet regularly to review the relationship and to provide feedback regarding any specific requirements or issues raised by their respective principals. Where either Party requires any specific action or consent in terms of this Agreement, the relationship manager of that Party shall advise the relationship manager of the other party of such a request; and the relationship manager of the other Party shall take the necessary steps to ensure that the required action is taken or the required consent is given. The relationship managers shall provide feedback regarding the relationship to their respective Management Teams.

Relationship Managers. Each party will appoint a Relationship Manager to act as the primary point of contact between the parties with respect to this Agreement, and will designate an alternate for its primary Relationship Manager to act in his or her absence or unavailability. No modification of the Specifications or the Schedule will be effective unless expressly approved by the primary or alternate Relationship Managers of both parties pursuant to Section 7. Each Relationship Manager will appoint Project Managers to manage specific projects under this Agreement. The Project Managers will serve as the primary interface points between the parties with respect to such projects.
Relationship Managers. All Disputes shall initially be referred by either Party to both Parties' Relationship Manager. Each Party's Relationship Manager shall negotiate with the other Party's Relationship Manager to resolve the Dispute.
Relationship Managers. Within ten (10) days after the Amendment Execution Date and all times thereafter during the term of this Agreement, both PalmSource and Licensee shall appoint a senior level employee as its respective relationship manager (each, a “Relationship Manager”) to facilitate the relationship between the parties under this Agreement and the Strategic Collaboration Agreement. Without limitation, the Relationship Managers shall oversee, review and coordinate the progress and implementation of the mutually agreed co-development plan under the Strategic Collaboration Agreement and Licensee’s receipt of selected modules of source code under the Source Code Attachments. The responsibilities of PalmSource’s Relationship Manager will include acting as an advocate within PalmSource for matters concerning Licensee. The parties acknowledge, however, that the Relationship Manager may not have the authority to decide a specific matter for PalmSource. The parties will cooperate in good faith to create a mechanism whereby Licensee has input into the bonuses to be paid to PalmSource’s Relationship Manager. Either party may change its Relationship Manager at any time upon written notice. The Relationship Managers shall meet periodically during the term of this Agreement, at such times to be agreed upon by the parties from time to time, but no less frequently than once each month.
Relationship Managers. Each Party's initial Relationship Manager shall be the person so designated in the ACCOUNT GOVERNANCE SCHEDULE. A Party's Relationship Manager shall have the authority to act for the appointing Party and its subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement, and shall be the person to whom all of the non-appointing Party's communications to the appointing Party may be addressed. The process the Parties will follow for the subsequent assignment of Relationship Managers is specified in Section 6.3 and in the ACCOUNT GOVERNANCE SCHEDULE.
Relationship Managers. Each party shall appoint a representative as a relationship manager who shall be the primary contact for implementing and administering the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“Relationship Managers”). During the Exclusivity Period, the Relationship Managers shall meet at mutually agreeable times to review and coordinate efforts under this Agreement and address other topics related to the successful distribution of the Products as set forth herein.

Relationship Managers. Each Party shall appoint an individual (“Relationship Manager”) to serve as the primary point of contact for all issues concerning the relationship between the Parties, including but not limited to coordinating decisions regarding each Statement of Work and the provision of Services. Each Relationship Manager will be reasonably available to discuss matters of mutual concern with the other Party at its request. Both Relationship Managers will have direct access to the top officers at their respective organizations to resolve issues promptly. Each Party’s Relationship Manager may be changed at any time by giving written notice to the other Party. The Relationship Managers shall meet, or conduct a telephone conference, at least weekly, to clarify and mutually resolve matters arising under this Agreement.
