Allocation Loss Expenses. Allocated Loss Expenses shall also be paid by City. City understands and agrees that Consultant and its affiliates shall receive compensation in connection with the Preferred Provider Specialty Services. The amount of compensation Consultant receives will vary depending upon the services, the preferred provider, and may be calculated based on percentage of savings, percentage of revenue to the provider, or Consultant’s or its affiliate’s mark-up of provider fees.

  • Non-Reimbursable Expenses In addition to the non-reimbursable items set forth above in this Policy, the following is a non-exhaustive list of expenses that will not be reimbursed by Xxxxxxxxxx County:

  • Recover Copying Costs The Participating Institutions may impose a reasonable fee on the Authorized Users to cover costs of copying or printing portions of the Licensed Materials by or for the Authorized Users.

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

  • A-E’S EXPENSE A-E will be responsible for all costs related to photo copying, telephone communications and fax communications while on COUNTY sites during the performance of work and services under this CONTRACT.
