Any official correspondence from the University to the Bargaining Unit shall be directed to the Bargaining Unit President. Any official correspondence from the Bargaining Unit to the University shall be addressed to the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, or someone specifically designated by the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

Any official competent supervisory proceedings regarding the Processing of your Personal Data conducted by data protection authorities vis-à-vis Fyber, as well as support and cooperation which may be required from you in such inspections/proceedings conducted vis- à-vis you upon your request;
Any official correspondence from the Employer to the Bargaining Unit shall be sent to the President of the Bargaining Unit, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Any official of the University who presents a valid United Nations laissez-passer issued in accordance with article VIII, section 26, of the Convention and identifying him as an official of the University shall, subject to paragraph 3 of article 7 of this Agreement, be immune from Swedish immigration restrictions and requirements and from alien registration. Members of the family forming part of the official's household who travel with him and present satisfactory evidence of identity shall be similarly treated. No such official shall require a visa for entry into Sweden.

  • KEY OFFICIALS A. Key officials are essential to ensure maximum coordination and communication between the parties and the work being performed. They are:

  • Building Official The Owner and Design Professional acknowledge that there is no state building official other than for Life Safety, Elevator, Building Accessibility, and Fire Safety rules, regulations, and codes. Local government officials (e.g. county and municipal) have no enforcement powers over state authorities except with regard to certain Georgia Environmental Protection Division permits. Road projects may be delivered pursuant to DOT’s General Permit GAR 100001 or GAR 100002, which are available for use by general contractors and are regulated directly by EPD. See 2009 Op. Att’’y Gen. 2009-6 The Design Professional, under the supervision of the Vice Chancellor for Facilities, acts as the Building Official for Projects owned by the Board of Regents. (See Paragraph 1.2.4.12.)

  • School Official For the purposes of this DPA and pursuant to 34 CFR § 99.31(b), a School Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data including Education Records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR § 99.33(a) governing the use and re- disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information from Education Records.

  • Official Language The official text of this Agreement and any appendices, exhibits and schedules hereto, or any notice given or accounts or statements required by this Agreement shall be in English.   • Officials 1. The Registrar shall, when engaged on the business of the Tribunal, be accorded diplomatic privileges, immunities and facilities.

  • Official Languages (a) Appointments and transfers shall be subject to the Corporate Official Languages Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Official Notices Notices to either party shall be provided by personal delivery or by depositing them in the United States mail, first class postage prepaid, and addressed as identified on the signature page of this Agreement. Either party may give written notice of a change of mailing address for all purposes under this Agreement.

  • Official File There is only one official file for each academic staff member and it shall be located in Human Resources. Copies of the data contained in the file in Human Resources may also be kept in the academic unit. The University is responsible for ensuring that the file in Human Resources has all of the relevant data. In particular, material in the academic unit used in connection with the renewal of probation, tenure, promotion or salary review shall be placed in the file at the conclusion of the performance review process. The file shall contain only material pertinent to the academic staff member's employment with the University in an academic staff position. It shall not contain any anonymous material except for aggregated and summarized student course/instructor evaluations as indicated in Article 17.18. Each entry shall be officially date stamped as of the day it arrives in Human Resources. The academic staff member may add a signed and dated response to any material contained in the official file. The official file may be examined by the academic staff member or by another member upon the written authorization of the member, at any time during regular office hours, in company with a Human Resources employee. The member may choose to be accompanied by a representative of the Faculty Association. The member may be required to produce photo ID. Upon written request to Human Resources, and at their own expense, academic staff members may obtain copies of the documents contained in the official file. Any information in the official file pertaining to a grievance in which the academic staff member is directly involved shall be made available to the Chair of the Faculty Association or designate. A letter of reprimand and all associated documents shall be removed from the file upon written request from the academic staff member after a period of three years, provided there has been no documented disciplinary action in the interim. Notwithstanding the above, upon written request by a member to the Xxxx and with the concurrence of the Xxxx, such material may be removed before the three-year period expires. Contents of the member’s file may not be removed except as provided for elsewhere in this collective agreement.

  • Union Officials 1. The Union will notify the Company in writing of the election, appointment, or removal of Union shop xxxxxxx(s). The District Lodge will notify the Company in writing of the Committee members at that location.
