Article 7 definition

Article 7. All post probationary faculty members covered by this agreement will have a comprehensive evaluation done during their first two years of becoming employees of Selkirk College. All probationary faculty members will be evaluated pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the SCFA collective agreement.

Article 7. For the purpose of Article 7 of the Code, this Article shall constitute the "Arbitration agreement";

Article 7 means the Maxine Waters School Reform and Student Protection Act of 1989, Article 7 (commencing with Section 94850) of Chapter 7 of Part 59 of Division 10 of the Education Code.
