Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.
DISCIPLINE OF TEACHERS A. The Board may adopt rules and regulations not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement concerning the discipline of teachers.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Client Assistance You acknowledge that the implementation of the Tyler Software is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of your personnel. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist us as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Agreement. We will not be liable for failure to meet any deadlines and milestones when such failure is due to Force Majeure or to the failure by your personnel to provide such cooperation and assistance (either through action or omission).

Contractor Staff Conduct 1. For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its agents, employees, partners or Subcontractors shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.
Your Use of the Services You agree to comply with U.S. or other applicable law regarding the transmission of any information obtained from the Services in accordance with this Agreement, not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in manner inconsistent with this Agreement, and not to interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, anyone else. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You acquire no rights to the Services and/or materials we provide to you other than the limited right to utilize the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager. An employee may request and shall receive a copy of any record or document contained in the employee’s personnel file.
