Training Assistance. (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
Training Assistance. Employees who have been given notice of lay-off shall be eligible on request for reasonable training at the University unless the University can substitute an equivalent course elsewhere at less cost, to develop their job skills if the provision of such training would assist in their redeployment or relocation within the University and can be completed during the notice period of lay-off. Such a request shall not be unreasonably denied even though such training program or course may extend beyond the final date of the notice period of lay-off, with the understanding that, under normal circumstances, salary and benefits shall not continue beyond the final date of the notice period of lay-off. Tuition shall be waived for any such reasonable training that is approved by the University. This shall not prevent the Employee from proposing a cost sharing arrangement with the Employer if they are requesting training that goes beyond a reasonable amount of training.
Training Assistance. The Employer shall continue to assist employees to improve their own skills through training and self-help programs on and off the clock as has been heretofore practiced, including opportunities for cross-training in other occupational fields. When opportunities for cross-training to be conducted on official time exist, notices of such opportunities will be posted on official bulletin boards to inform interested employees. Training Assistance. The Employer and the Union recognize the need for Employees to thoroughly understand all training material presented to them. Wherever possible, the Union and Employer may provide assistance for an employee to understand the material as provided in English.
Training Assistance. Agency will permit access to HMIS only after the authorized user receives appropriate confidentiality training including that provided by Commerce. Agency will also conduct ongoing basic confidentiality training for all persons with access to HMIS and will train all persons who may receive information produced from HMIS on the confidentiality of such information. Agency will participate in such training as is provided from time to time by Commerce. Commerce will be reasonably available during Commerce defined weekday business hours for technical assistance (i.e. troubleshooting and report generation).
Training Assistance. Counsel and assist Licensee in the training of staff as to merchandising Kors Products and Store operations as may be reasonably requested from time to time by Licensee.
Training Assistance. In connection with the Software applications and the processes and procedures to which USAC has rights upon termination in accordance with Article 14 (Intellectual Property Rights) Vendor will provide to USAC or its designee such training as may be reasonably necessary for USAC or its designee, at no additional cost, to access the USAC Data and otherwise utilize said rights.
Training Assistance. 10.01 Based on its operational needs the Company shall maintain the established practice of on-the-job and other training, which shall be sufficient to allow the employees reasonable opportunities to learn additional skills and to upgrade their knowledge or skills, to the extent required to perform their jobs.
