Broker Agreement. 5.01 The Broker Agreement, attached hereto, as Appendix A, shall be signed by the Broker and the Company and shall form an integral part of this Collective Agreement.

Sublessor and Sublessee shall defend, indemnify, and save harmless one another from and against any claim which may be asserted against one of them by any person other than Broker if the claim is made in connection with this transaction claiming under such party.
