Business Conducted. Borrower shall continue in the business currently conducted by it using its best efforts to maintain its customers and goodwill. Borrower shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in any line of business substantially different from the business conducted by it immediately before the Closing Date, or engage in business or lines of business which are not reasonably related thereto.
Business Conducted. The Borrower shall not engage directly or indirectly, in any line of business other than the businesses in which the Borrower is engaged on the Closing Date.

Business Conducted. No Borrower shall or shall permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage, directly or indirectly, in any line of business other than the businesses in which such Person is engaged on the Closing Date or which are reasonably related thereto, including without limitation the design, marketing and distribution of any products covered by the International Housewares Association.
Business Conducted. Such Loan Party shall not, and shall not suffer or permit any of its Subsidiaries to, modify or alter in any material manner the nature and type of its business as conducted at or prior to the Closing Date or the manner in which such business is conducted.
